As I live far away from my country, traditional food always tempting to
make for our daily menu. And I need to let my children know about
indonesian food as well. This chicken are really suitable for kids menu
as it's not spicy at all. And I could mixed it up with salad as the
subtitued of boiled cassava leaves. And they always ask for more when I
made ayam pop :-)
AYAM POP / POP CHICKEN
1
sdt cinnamon powder
1/2
tbs salt
Methods:
Add
the chicken and cook for about 20-30 minutes or until chicken
tender.
You
can eat directly or fried/grilled the chicken. This time i grilled
the chicken so it would be dried.
