Menikmati ramen dan sajian kopi di Cerenti Restaurant, Grand Zuri BSD

Berakhir pekan di seputar Serpong, selalu menyenangkan untuk saya. Jalan yang lebar, hampir bebas macet dan banyak pilihan tempat untuk didatangi bersama keluarga. Akses yang mudah ditempuh via jalan tol atau dengan KRL Commuter Line, menjadikan Serpong dan sekitarnya sebagai pilihan saya jika ingin berbelanja, makan atau hanya sekedar jalan-jalan.

Seperti siang itu ketika saya datang ke Grand Zuri BSD untuk memenuhi undangan makan siang dari Cerenti Restaurant bersama beberapa teman blogger, tidak butuh waktu lama untuk sampai ke lokasi. Itu adalah pertama kalinya saya datang ke Grand Zuri yang merupakan salah satu hotel yang ada di Serpong. Grand Zuri Hotel BSD berada tidak jauh dari Ocean Park Water Adventure BSD, dekat juga dari Teras Kota dan Aeon Mall.

Mencicipi Udon asal Jepang di Tamoya Udon

Saya mengakui diri saya sebagai pecinta mie. Mulai dari mie ayam, ramen, udon, tapi saya tidak begitu doyan mie instan. Ketika saya hamil dulu, saya ngidam makan mie ayam dekat kantor yang sambal uleknya bikin nangis karena pedas dan rasa mie-nya juga enak banget. Tapi, beda mie dengan udon apa ? Nah.. udon memiliki bentuk berbeda karena lebih tebal dan besar dari mie biasa. Dipadukan dengan kuah gurih lezat dan aneka topping menjadikan udon semakin istimewa.

Mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mencicipi udon di restoran Tamoya - Sanuki Udon membuat saya tidak sabar untuk membandingkan apa perbedaan antara udon di Tamoya dan di restoran udon yang lain. Saya akan menceritakan bagaimana Tamoya menjaga kualitas udon untuk pelanggannya dan menu apa saja yang ada di sana. Semoga setelah membaca review ini, Anda akan panasaran untuk mencicipi Tamoya Udon juga.

Indonesiaku Kulinerku, Wisata Kuliner satu hari di Bandung

17 Agustus 2015, Indonesia akan merayakan Hari Kemerdekaan yang ke 70. Mal Ciputra Jakarta juga tidak ketinggalan untuk ikut berpartisipasi merayakannya dengan mengadakan event kuliner "Indonesiaku Kulinerku Kampoeng Legenda". Event ini menampilkan 60 jenis kuliner legendaris dari seluruh Indonesia, yang semuanya bisa anda nikmati di Mal Ciputra Jakarta mulai dari 12 - 23 Agustus 2015.

Keanekaragaman kuliner Indonesia yang begitu kaya patut kita lestarikan, karena semua itu merupakan bagian dari sejarah bangsa. Menurut saya pribadi, makanan Indonesia sangat kaya rasa dan berani dengan bumbu. Pokoknya tidak kalah dengan makanan dari negara lain.

Sebagai salah satu blogger terundang untuk ikut mencicipi beberapa kuliner legendaris di Bandung langsung di tempatnya, tentunya senang sekali. Wisata kuliner sehari bersama Mal Ciputra, para awak media dan para blogger. Dan di situ saya ketemu food blogger yang selama ini saling kenal di dunia maya saja. Namanya si Cantik Winda dari Gulanya Gulali.

Kali ini, saya akan merangkum hasil putar-putar Bandung dan icip-icip di empat tempat makan yang wajib kamu kunjungi kalau kamu ke Bandung. Selain karena sudah diteruskan secara turun temurun dalam keluarga dan melalui waktu yang tidak sebentar (bahkan puluhan tahun !!), rasanya juga patut diberi empat jempol.

Indonesian Foodblogger (idfb) held a restaurant review at the newly open outlet, Pepper Lunch Bintaro Xchange. This was the second review programme held by Pepper Lunch and idfb. I couldn't take part on the first one because of some reason, so I enrolled myself. Together with 20 bloggers who took part in Pepper Lunch resto review, I experienced myself to taste a huge portion of premium steak served on a hot plate, The Giant.

Resto Review : Sushi Matsu, BSD

Perasaan takut, penasaran dan juga antusias campur jadi satu. Itulah yang saya rasakan ketika berangkat untuk food tasting di Sushi Matsu Restaurant. Saat menyetujui untuk ikut review di Sushi Matsu pun, saya tidak tahu secara spesifik apa yang akan saya makan. Yang saya ingat, saya pernah memesan sushi roll dan itu pun harus saya habiskan sendiri karena suami dan anak saya tidak mau mencobanya. Tapi saat itu yang saya pesan bukan sushi dengan ikan mentah, karena saya masih belum yakin apa saya akan menikmati sushi dengan ikan mentah.

Who can resist a food tasting invitation from a restaurant ? First time I heard about Heavenly Blush food tasting from my friend, Anne, I volunteered myself to be the host immediately. The food tasting and food blogger gathering programme called "Be good with yogurt inspired food" took place in Heavenly Blush Restaurant, Pondok Indah Mall 2 on October 27, 2013. But as we had a chance to taste one of three meals they offered, we also had to face the photo challenge. Fun, right ? :)

Every each of us (the invited food bloggers) was given a chance to choose one out of five Summer Beverages variant to be reviewed. And Banana Split Frappio was the one I chose. Banana Split Frappio is a mixture of ice, cold coffee, banana, chocolate syrup and strawberry sauce, garnished with whipped cream peanuts and cherry. I think I made the right choice, I liked it till the last drop :D


Want to try Fruit Punch with coffee ? No, you didn't misread it. This is the creation from EXCELSO, tropical fruit punch with coffee flavor. You will find a unique sensation from the freshness of fruits and coffee in a glass of Maharani.


Banana Split Freeze is almost similar to Banana Split Frappio but this one without the using of coffee. Blended mixture of banana, chocolate syrup and strawberry sauce topped with whipped cream and cherry. Let say you have banana split in a glass :) .

Crispy Cass is fried spring rolls with softened fermented cassava filling. Serve on a plate and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk. The dessert look fancy with chocolate shaved and grated cheese sprinkled on top. Crispy Cass has subtle flavor of fermented cassava perfectly combined with fried crispy thin wrapper. My word for Crispy Cass is "it fits my taste !"


EXCELSO Club Sandwich, you will not get only sandwich but also french fries. Layers of bread, grilled chicken slices, smoked beef, sliced egg, onion, tomato, sliced cucumber and lettuce served with tomato and chili sauce. What a perfect meal to end up the gathering that day.

Resto Review : Tempura Cooking Class with Ten Ten Restaurant and my homemade Shrimp Tempura

It was a beautiful sunny Saturday morning in Jakarta. My camera bag was fully loaded with camera, lenses and other stuffs. Felt so much ready to meet my friends from idfb (Indonesian Food Blogger) at Ten Ten Restaurant, Plaza Indonesia. Boga Group once again sponsored food bloggers gathering with an event called Tempura Cooking Class by Ten Ten Restaurant.

It wasn't hard to find the Japanese tempura restaurant on Basement Level over there. A stylish, casual and warm place with Japanese style and ornaments. Before you move your step further into the restaurant, feast your eyes on some fake foods/drinks on the display near the entrance.

Ten Ten Restaurant comes with a concept, Tempura House, offer you more than 164 choices of menu. Salad, small bites, ala carte, main course, drink and dessert. Customers can choose one from 5 variant flavors of tempura (original, spicy, black pepper, curry and seaweed). The tempura is cooked with special technique in a special fryer machine. As a Tempura House, Ten Ten also has signature menu, Tendon - a bowl of dish with ebi tempura, kisu fish tempura, green bean tempura, sweet potato tempura, pumpkin tempura and oba leaf tempura on top and served with miso soup -

When a group of people who loves to cook and eat meet in a good place with good foods, then nothing matter anymore. Together me and my foodie friends (Vania, Sefa and Elsye) cooked Tempura Omurice. Chef Dian let us impovised our Omurice in Omurice cooking competition. We didn't win, but we sure had so much fun together. Imagine this, four of us love to cook, we have food blog, but that time was our first time ever cook together in one place. :) As a bonus, we can eat our Omurice together. Yum...I love the Demiglace Sauce.

My natural lunch time alarm was ringing when Ebi Yose Katsu served on our tables. Continued with lunch and drinks orders. As the dessert, I was fortunate enough to try Cookies and Cheese Cup. Not too sweet, cheesy and creamy. Love, love, love it !

That gathering is memorable, therefor I thank Ten Ten Restaurant for the good food, nice place and warm people. The knowledge I learned from there is a lifetime souvenir. That's why I challenged myself to make Shrimp Tempura at home. It's pretty easy ! The only bad thing is cooking shrimp tempura (preparation time included) take longer time than eating it !! :P
