Chocolate to try : Indulge yourself with "Chocolate Cheese Snickers Brownies" !

To be able to taste a slice of our favorite cake, sometimes we do not really care about our diet. We are also more than willing to forget the amount of sugar, fat and calories in a slice of cake. What a nightmare ! As if pleasure and health are on two opposite sides. But balancing food intake with exercises is the best way to live a healthy living.

I am easily tempted to see fudge-like and moist texture of brownies only by its appearance. The super gooey chocolate brownies and wobble slightly in the middle. Just don't over-bake the brownie because it will make your brownie dry and I hate dry brownies. Combining different ingredients (like nuts, jam, Oreo cookies, white chocolate, peanut butter, marshmallow, cream cheese, dried fruits or candy) into your brownie or added as topping on top of it, of course, they will increase the deliciousness of the brownie itself. Which I believe it already taste amazing !

Rich chocolate brownies are very addictive. Because I think eating chocolate is just one way of pampering yourself. No matter how happy or sad I am, chocolate can be always entertaining. :) This brownie, with cream cheese and Snickers added (and there should be marshmallow), it seemed like a festive feast. The more the merrier !

Cook's note :
# To cut brownies neatly, you have to wait until your brownies to cool completely.
# For this recipe, I use 20cm x 20cm baking pan (8x8 inch)
