When first time I tried takoyaki was in a mall near my office building. It was a small Japanese snack booth that stolen my attention because of the snack they offer. First time and hit my taste buds. Then I kept coming back to order takoyaki if I want to eat something light that digest easily.
I modified the recipe according to what I have on hand. To tell you the
truth, it's not easy to find takoyaki ingredients in Jakarta. I couldn't
find the tempura scraps (tenkasu), octopus and pickled ginger. I even discovered the takoyaki sauce last week ! So this is my version
of takoyaki so far. Simple and easy.
