Guest Post : Spicy oyster mushroom in banana leaves / Pepes jamur tiram for eCurry

(Homemade) - Steamed oyster mushroom in banana leaves

I'm always excited when someone asks me to do guest post. Particularly when that someone is my friend. Today, I'm guest posting Spicy oyster mushroom in banana leaves for Soma Rathore at eCurry. The method of cooking by wrapping the food in banana leaves into parcels called pepes or pais in Indonesia. It has several names depends on the regions. I inherited this family recipe from my mother-in-law. Tasty food that is easy to cook. To read more of the story and recipe, please hop over to eCurry.
